What Work Was Completed in Front Royal, VA?
We were happy to complete this standing seam metal roof replacement for this wonderful homeowner in Front Royal, Virginia! First, the existing 3-tab roof was removed and damaged plywood was replaced. New dormers were installed to open up the loft floor, bringing in more light and giving the profile of the home a fresh new look. High-temp and ice-guard underlayment were installed for weather protection, followed by LifeTime Tool pipe jack flashing and a new turtle vent. Dryer vents were redirected into the soffit to prevent unnecessary roof penetrations. The 24-gauge Englert standing seam roof was then installed with gable and rake trim. A ridge vent was added for ventilation as well as snow guards to prevent falling ice. To complete the replacement process, a mount for the homeowner's Starlink unit was installed and the chimney mount was securely reattached.
