What Work Was Completed in Linden, VA?
We recently had the pleasure of replacing this homeowner's original shingle roof with an Englert standing seam metal roof in the color Matte Black. We started by removing the entire shingle roof to inspect the underlying structure and replaced any damaged plywood. We then laid down high-temperature underlayment to protect against wind, leaks, and ice. Our team then installed flashing in all roof-to-wall areas and re-flashed the chimney to ensure a watertight seal. We then installed Lifetime pipe jack flashing for further protection against leaks. Next, we installed the Englert standing seam metal roof, giving our homeowner a fresh new look and ensuring years of durability and protection. To prevent snow and ice buildup, we added snow guards as well as all-new gable and rake trim, giving the home a polished look.
