"Espresso" Landmark Pro · Roof Install

We were happy to complete a full roof replacement for this homeowner in the beautiful town of Strasburg, Virginia! We began by removing the existing shingles down to the deck and re-nailing any loose wood. We then installed Certainteed WinterGuard ice and water shield and Certainteed EcoRunner Synthetic underlayment to keep the roof dry. We continued to install Certainteed SwiftStart Starter shingles along all the gutter lines and rake edges as well as Certainteed Landmark PRO “Espresso” Lifetime Dimensional shingles. We finished by installing Certainteed Shadow Ridge, a new ridge vent, Lifetime pipe jack flashing, new step apron, and chimney flashings.
